All donations of $5 and over are tax-deductible.

We are a registered charity (#CC21439) and a registered Community Housing Provider (#RA0017).  We operate all our properties in perpetuity for the purpose of affordable/social housing. Any profit (or, very rarely, property sale proceeds) is reinvested to develop more housing for people in need.

We fund our housing through a combination of charitable grants, mortgages, government rent subsidies, donations and other contributions.
