It's our 20th anniversary this year and we celebrated last night with a special event at the Victory Community Centre. More than 100 people attended, including community leaders, politicians, supporters, tenants, donors, current and former trustees and current and former staff. Nelson Mayor Nick Smith and Tasman Mayor Tim King were guest speakers, along with Nelson MP Rachel Boyack. We were also delighted to have former chairs of the Nelson Tasman Housing Trust board, Kindra Douglas and Keith Preston, share memories of the trust's early days.
Here is an article published by the Nelson Weekly on our 20th anniversary.
